Damaged Items

Julielle Jewelry features natural gemstones and handcrafted beads made by artisans that are one of a kind! That said, each piece is unique and not mass produced, so we accept and celebrate nature's beauty along with their minor imperfections. Such characteristics are not indicative of damage, as they occur naturally. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item did not arrive in the condition in which it was selected and shipped.

Exchanges and Refunds
Julielle Jewelry wants you to be happy with your purchase! If an item arrives damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund. To qualify for an exchange or refund, please contact us immediately upon receipt and include/attach a photo of the damaged item to confirm that the item is not in its original condition. You may be eligible for an exchange or refund once damage is confirmed, and the item is returned within 1-14 days of its original delivery date to you. Defective items will also be considered for replacement if returned with 1-14 days of original delivery. Please send photos to juliellejewelry@gmail.com to expedite our review process. If photos are not provided, we will be unable to considered your purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original or reasonable packaging to be considered for exchange or refund. The consumer bears the cost for return shipping. Clearance items are considered a final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
